 Dock Seals
Dock Seals

Dock Seals are used to create a seal between the trailer and the building preventing loss of conditioned air when the doors are opened.  The slope of your approach to the loading dock is always taken into consideration when ordering your dock seal.  If the dock seal is not tapered for a consistent four inch compression the seal will not live up to its expected potential.  Over compression will wear the seal out faster, and under compression can mean a loss of conditioned air.

America's truck fleet has many different sizes and dimensions.  The product that crosses our country varies in many different ways.  Our Dock Seals are designed for your particular situation.

The use of your dock by different sized trailers can be compensated for.  Snow hoods are available for areas that need protection from snow and ice.  Doors can be reduced in size by wedging the seal into the opening.  We can help you get a quality dock seal that will last for years.  Our dock seals are manufactured in Ohio by seasoned employees.  The fabric we like to suggest is a 40 oz vinyl.  You can choose from Green, Black, Blue, or Brown.  The seal is guaranteed to be free of Manufacturers defects in workmanship, and material, and a short Lead Time!

We appreciate your business and look forward to helping you with all your loading dock needs!

Comment
For drives that are sloped take a 60 ft piece of string and tie it onto the top of the loading dock as close to the center as possible. Walk out 50 feet from the dock. Use a line level and level the string. Mark the distance from the leveled string to the ground. What was the result of the leveled string to the ground?
