An alternative to the hydraulic model yard ramp, caster legs offer a uniqe mobility option in our lineup of Industrial Ramps. Designed for use on level concrete or asphalt surfaces, Yard Ramps with Caster Legs offer greater reliability by eliminating downtime and maintenance costs due to operator error.

30 ft. unit is a straight design for quick loading from dock to ground
An alternative to the yard ramp hydraulic undercarriage, legs with caster wheels offer greater service life and reliability. This package is ideal for applications loading trucks or when a ramp is needed temproarily at a loading dock. While not suited to travel over large areas or uneven ground the majority of loading applcations make this mobility option an ideal choice.
Adjustable Legs
We often hesitate to suggest using legs due to their application limitations; trucks shouldn't back into yard ramps, legs are not intended to hold the weight of a forklift, ect. For this reason we typically suggest the caster model for those needing a model with legs. While many look to add legs to ensure the ramp doesn't fail we always want to remind customers the ramps weight and carrying capacity are all intended to be carried on the lip. This allows the ramp to float with the trailer.
Serrated Grating and Diamond Deck Apron
Serrated Grating and Diamond Deck Apron
All Yard Ramp models use a diamond deck grating for added traction in addition to reducing the build up of water, snow, oil, and other debris. To prevent damage to the steel grating, from forklifts turning, both ends of the yard ramp utilize sheets of diamond deck plate preventing warping of the grating while also ensuring smooth transitions on and off the ramp.
Yard Ramp 15" lip and 8" Curbs
15" lip
All Yard Ramp models utilize a 15" lip to gain purchase on loading docks or the back of trailers. By design, the lip will hold all the weight of the ramp. This allows the yard ramp to float with the trailer as it raises and lowers while the forklift enters and exists the trailer.
8" High curbs
To prevent runoff and maintain the yard ramps high capacity, full length steel girders on either side of the ramp extend 8" above the deck.
Forklift Clamp or Tow Bar
Forklift Clamp or Tow Bar
Yard Ramps with the undercarriage assembly come with a choice of either the forklift clamp ramp or tow bar. The ramp clamp is compact and capable of being stored on the back of your forklift while not in use. For jobs were the ramp will be stored far away from it's intended area of use the tow bar makes an ideal alternative.
Double Acting Hydraulic Pump
Double Acting Hydraulic Pump
Models with the undercarriage assembly utilize a double acting hydraulic pump to raise and lower the ramp.
